Dougie Lampkin tours Renthal factory

Renthal are already the kings of motocross bars and sprockets and are now producing some pretty special mountain bike components too.

Recently Renthal have uploaded footage of a tour of their UK Office & factory in Cheshire.

Not just any old factory tour though - the difference being that the visitor was trials legend Dougie Lampkin.  A man that refuses to leave his bike at home is our sort of guy. Enjoy:

Those guys don't need convincing, they all know Two Wheels are Better.

Nearly everything looks better in slow motion

Take MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner and a camera that films at 1000 frames per second and something beautiful happens (all courtesy of the good guys at Red Bull):

Here is Darren Berrecloth pulling a 360 whilst sending a step down at the Red Bull Rampage:

Last but not least here is Gee Atherton nailing a huge stepdown gap to wall ride:

Another good example of how Two Wheels are Better.

Some of the best tricks on two wheels

Check out this collection of tricks that require skills most of us can only dream of having:

First up is Mike Spinner's quad whip, where a bike nearly becomes a helicopter:

Next up is Benny Phillip's front flip tailwhip attempt from Crankworx, there are a few BMX guys who can do this but using a mountain bike it looks even more mental.

Harry Main's bunnyhop flair is just out of this world.

Here is Special Greg of Nitro Circus fame , his signature 'Special Flip' is something to behold

Finally, here is the worlds first BMX triple Backflip courtesy of New Zealand BMXer Jed Mildon

But remember,  two wheels a day keeps the doctor away.

The art of the bunnyhop

The bunnyhop is one of the most basic but essential mountain bike skills.

Here is how it should be done, amazing:

In contrast here is a particularly nasty example of a bunnyhop FAIL:

But this is something that everyone really needs to see, much more than just a bunnyhop:

To hone your own bunnyhopping skills here is Sam Pilgrimto guide you through the art of the bunnyhop!

Whether or not you can or can't hop - remember, two wheels are better
