Hilarious cycling prank

RĂ©mi Gaillard is probably the funniest man in France,  this elaborate prank on unsuspecting cyclists is some of his best work

Thanks to Evan Hall for spotting this on the BikeRadar Facebook page!

Despite being the victim of a French prankster, Two Wheels are Better.

Nearly everything looks better in slow motion

Take MotoGP world champion Casey Stoner and a camera that films at 1000 frames per second and something beautiful happens (all courtesy of the good guys at Red Bull):

Here is Darren Berrecloth pulling a 360 whilst sending a step down at the Red Bull Rampage:

Last but not least here is Gee Atherton nailing a huge stepdown gap to wall ride:

Another good example of how Two Wheels are Better.

Staying safe on two wheels

Unfortunately the roads are full of idiots.  They tend to use four wheels but are not exempt from using two.

Here is a refreshingly good guide on  what drivers can do to be more cyclist aware, it's worth a read even from a two wheeled perspective:

Some of the best tricks on two wheels

Check out this collection of tricks that require skills most of us can only dream of having:

First up is Mike Spinner's quad whip, where a bike nearly becomes a helicopter:

Next up is Benny Phillip's front flip tailwhip attempt from Crankworx, there are a few BMX guys who can do this but using a mountain bike it looks even more mental.

Harry Main's bunnyhop flair is just out of this world.

Here is Special Greg of Nitro Circus fame , his signature 'Special Flip' is something to behold

Finally, here is the worlds first BMX triple Backflip courtesy of New Zealand BMXer Jed Mildon

But remember,  two wheels a day keeps the doctor away.

The art of the bunnyhop

The bunnyhop is one of the most basic but essential mountain bike skills.

Here is how it should be done, amazing:

In contrast here is a particularly nasty example of a bunnyhop FAIL:

But this is something that everyone really needs to see, much more than just a bunnyhop:

To hone your own bunnyhopping skills here is Sam Pilgrimto guide you through the art of the bunnyhop!

Whether or not you can or can't hop - remember, two wheels are better

The least impressive jump on two (square) wheels

Earlier I was day dreaming about a bicycle with square wheels,  as you do.

Then I came across this peach of a clip..

Square wheels + a Honda clunk + too much health & safety = FAIL

" You are such a hero that was amazing"

Er, yeah..

Remember, even when your wheels aren't round, two wheels are better.

Thanks to Martin Oeser for bringing this to our attention. Just imagine what this guy could do on a better bike!
