Is Bike Polo the toughest or sexiest cycle sport?

I was recently doing a little nosing around the web and came across the sport of bicycle polo.  I thought that could possibly be the most boring sport in the world but a little research proved that not only is it tough as hell...

but in certain circles it is also very sexy

A reliable source also informed me that you will be able to see these lovely ladies in action at the LHBPA Hells Belles Tournament (here) on the 15th/16th of October in London.

If you can't wait till then here is a little pic to keep you interested...

Remember that if these ladies ask you about you riding preference...tell them Two Wheels are Better.

A beginners guide to track stand failure...

Having recently acquired some clipped in pedals for my road bike I have been experimenting (and failing) with the concept of the track stand.  I then turned to Google for help and advice on how to do it properly, unfortunately what I found was this;

Fixie Hipster in Bong Stand Fail

Dyke on a Bike (but can't see her feet)

More generic track stand fail;

Just to balance things up I thought I would drop in this piece of amazing track standing

I think I'll stick to putting one foot on the ground for the time being.
